The hotel was close to the beach.
The breakfast was of a poor quality: very little choice and no jam, preserve or honey. Service throughtout was poor. I asked for a plug for the hand basin and was told one would be provided but it was not. I asked for a lightbulb to be replaced in the bedroom but it was not.
The hotel was close to Dov Airport, a priority. I had asked for a wake up call in order to get to the airport for an early morning trip. The call was not made and if I had not also had an alarm clock, I would have missed my plane. Otherwise the hotel suited my and my sister's needs. Being close to the beach was a plus as was the proximity to the cafes and shops on Dizengoff.
pleasant, helpful staff. fresh juice for breakfast. free internet in lobby and free wireless internet in rooms. within walking distance of beach and shops.
view from our room was of a construction site with some noise early in the day. front rooms are probably better.
Economical choice in a good location. Room was small, but had all the necessary amenities and was nicely arranged. This included a refrigerator. It was also surprisingly quiet. Wonderful personal service of front desk staff (particularly Ben), who went out of their way to recommend restaurants and arrange for free parking. Included breakfast was fine.
I did Stay at armon hotel in tel aviv befor.they did make very nice chages !! i liked the new dining room and renovated rooms with personal safe in my room (was'nt befor )and plasma tv (was'nt befor)and i like it very much.the staff was very hepfuull and the breakfast is good.very close to the beach so.perfect!!!
I was helped by Ben Osher when I got sick in a most important way. He was excellent in assisting me with finding all the support I needed and insuring an appropriate room for me.
The hotel is on a main road with only single glased windows. The noise at night is extremely lowd which makes it extremely difficult/uncomfortable to sleep.
Shuttle Bus to airport and hotel value for money
The location is maybe the best asset of the hotel. Very close to the beach and to some of the main streets of central Tel Aviv. Easy to reach by public transport (though not directly on the route of communal taxis).Free internet wired connection.
Some of the staff are not very friendly or helpful. The breakfast buffet is typical Israeli, but not very rich (or fresh sometimes).
Too small and cramped, very old and run down.
friendly staff very relaxed atmosphere, clean and close to beach and port for shopping and eating out.
building works going on just next to our room woke us around 6.45am every morning - dirty net curtains and dark worn blankets on the beds.
Location is excellent, the hotel is 5 minutes from the beach. The rooms are adequate, for the price you pay and the location. If you intend on spending a lot of time in your room then maybe this is not the place it is a good 3 * hotel with a good price compared to other Tel Aviv hotels. The hotel staff while they appear grumpy are excellent we had an issue with a tour and the receptionist went out of his way to help us, so much so that I decided to write this review, I am just sorry I did not get his name to give him the credit here (it was the thin guy with glasses he was working on the early morning of the 11 sept 2011)
Great location, friendly helpful staff, clean, good price
Convenience of location and a very helpful staff.
Staff was very helpful and polite.
Hotel is a little "tired". Breakfast was limited and basic. Was woken up at 6:00 am by the construction outside my window.
